Film Fan FAQ
New Members
Film Fan Badges are available for pick up at the Paramount Box Office during window hours.
You will need your badge to receive your complimentary small popcorn at each film and for access to premium Mezzanine seating.
Your membership is valid a full year from the date of your contribution. You’ll enjoy benefits throughout the year during the Summer Classic Film Series, Panic at the Paramount series in October, Holiday Film Series in December, and Loves Me, Loves Not series in February.
How do I receive my benefits?
Premiere: Simply show your badge at the door for complimentary admission.
Classic and Student: Your discount on tickets is applied to your account when logged in and tickets are added to your cart. Seating is General Admission. Please look for an email from info@austintheatre.org with the order confirmation and link to your digital tickets.
Premiere, Classic and Student: Your membership also includes complimentary (per badge) digital film passes stored on your account to be redeemed at any time. To use your digital film passes, login to your account and select the Member Film Pass ticket option on the film event page.
Our Summer Classic Film Series kicksoff each year in early summer. You’ll receive complimentary admission (per badge) to one of our Opening Weekend films. We look forward to seeing you in 2025 for the 51st Annual Summer Classic Film Series!
Premiere level Film Fan members will receive a complimentary t-shirt and poster, redeemable in person during the 51st Annual Summer Classic Film Series by presenting their badge.
Present your badge at the bar for one complimentary small popcorn. Present your badge to the usher for seating in the center sections of the Mezzanine. Valid only during film series.
Presale access is shared through our weekly email. You’ll receive this email with a link to the presale ticketing page. If you ever miss the presale for a Special Film Engagement please submit a request through our Member Ticket Request Form.
To access your complimentary parking at 600 Congress Avenue please show your badge to the Ushers, House Managers, Bar Staff, or Box Office to receive your voucher. (Limited to 1 per badge)
Capital Metro provides affordable and convenient rides to the theatres, including one free digital Commuter Day pass and complimentary fares on Transit Night Adventures during the series. Plus, kids ride the bus free all summer long!
Your one free Digital Commuter Day pass is received through the CapMetro App using your email address and will be available prior to the start of the Summer Classic Film Series.
